Carr Lane Press fit bushings are the most common yet most cost-effective type of drill bushing in the range. P-style drill bushings are the most common and cost-effective type of drill bushing. These bushings are permanently installed into the jig plate, typically flush with the top surface. Press fit bushings (P- style) bushings are primarily used for single-operation drilling or reaming, particularly when there is no expectation of replacing the bushings throughout the tooling's lifespan. They can be mounted closer together than headed bushings but provide less resistance to heavy axial loads. These are available in both ground and unground variants. Standard bushes are listed below however configurations are available on enquiry.

Carr Lanes construction ball covers are manufactured from durable die-cast zinc to protect construction balls from any damage or impairment after setting. These covers are designed with two hole which allows the cover to be attached using #10 screws. One size accommodates all construction balls.

Made from durable, replaceable inserts that, when installed to a fixture, enhance both holding power and wear resistance.  Instead of relying solely on static friction, they are engineered to make slight indentations in the workpiece, significantly increasing gripping force. These round grippers are available in a broad range of materials and finishes best designed to fit the needs of your application. Some of these include hardened tool steel, carbide tipped, solid carbide, abrasive diamond, bonded urethane and Delrin. Available in Metric and imperial and a range of sizes.

This durable knurled-head knob ensures a secure grip, allowing for easy finger tightening in light clamping tasks. It is offered in steel with tapped-hole sizes ranging from 1/4-20 to 1/2-13 (M5 to M12 in metric), and in stainless steel with tapped-hole sizes from #10-32 to 1/2-13 (M5 to M12 in metric).

Jig Pins have precision-ground pin diameter to ensure accurate hole alignment. L Pins and T Pins are removable locating pins with a durable construction, each featuring a handle end with a small hole for attaching an optional cable. These pins come in a variety of diameters and lengths. Jig Pins, similar to L and T Pins, incorporate an integral shoulder to keep the handle raised. Carr Lane also offers locking L Pins and T Pins with a lock screw that securely holds bushings in place. These pins are available in both imperial and metric sizes.

The HYDAC ETS 3800 is a compact electronic temperature switch with a 4-digit LED display, designed for use with a separate temperature probe. With a wide measuring range of -30 to +150 °C and compatibility with the TFP 100 or standard PT 100 probes, it offers flexible installation and precise control through configurable outputs and user-friendly settings.
